Alice Tranter Wilson has experience working on corporate and project finance matters in Australia, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. Prior to joining Jones Day, Alice was a law clerk and an associate at two leading international law firms, where she completed rotations in the project finance, intellectual property and technology, M&A, and corporate finance practice groups.

Alice has contributed to articles in legal publications on securities law reform and blockchain technology. During her post-graduate legal studies, she also participated in the Harvard Cyberlaw Clinic.
