Zach Singerman advises private equity firms, investment funds, and privately held companies in complex business transactions. He has experience in leveraged buyouts, divestitures, cross-border transactions, equity financings, fund formations, and other strategic transactions. Zach also counsels companies on corporate governance and general business law matters. He has experience in a number of industries, including consumer goods, technology, transportation, and industrial services.
The private equity clients with which Zach has worked include American Pacific Group, The Riverside Company, HCI Equity Partners, and J.F. Lehman & Company. He also has represented private companies in buyout and sale transactions.
Zach is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
