Tristan Sierra represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. He has been lead counsel in several cases in federal court and is experienced in motion practice, depositions, and written discovery. Tristan also represents companies in internal investigations and government enforcement matters involving high-profile, cross-border matters. In addition, he advises clients on open source software licensing.

Tristan has an active pro bono practice and represents women and children seeking asylum and special immigrant juvenile status in state and immigration proceedings. He also represents U.S. military veterans seeking legal assistance.
