Lindsay Szymanski represents health care providers and life sciences companies in a variety of regulatory and transactional matters.

Lindsay provides analysis on regulatory issues related to licensure, remote supervision, managed care, and health information privacy and security compliance under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She has experience in supporting health care providers in connection with complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations, and advising clients on compliance with California charitable trust law. Lindsay also stays abreast of, and provides analysis on, COVID-19-related health orders.

Prior to law school, Lindsay worked as a Teach For America corps member in Houston, Texas. She is a Fellow at the Riordan Leadership Institute, a fellowship that prepares professionals for civic leadership as nonprofit board members.
