Susan Siebert is a leveraged lending lawyer with three decades of experience representing financial institutions and direct and institutional lenders on cutting-edge leveraged lending transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She also advises on restructuring matters. Her industry experience includes sponsor finance, health care, mining, media and telecommunications, restaurants, and retail.
Susan's financial institution clients include Bank of America, Citizens Bank, M&T Bank, TD Securities, and Wells Fargo. Recent deals include assisting left lead agents in foreign acquisition financings to a U.S. public company with foreign subsidiaries in Europe and Canada and to a sponsor-backed U.S. company acquiring exclusive media license rights in Europe through its U.K. subsidiary.
