Steph Starek represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation. She has diverse experience in offensive and defensive discovery, motions practice, and legal research. Steph also represents clients in investigations by the United States Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission. She has experience defending clients in government and criminal investigations involving allegations of fraud, insider trading, corruption, and other wrongdoing.
Steph maintains an active pro bono practice and has served on a trial team representing an individual seeking asylum in the United States. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and volunteers for the Alzheimer's Association Cleveland Area Chapter.
