Serena Stein represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Her experience also involves advising and counseling clients on issues relating to diversity and inclusion, internal investigations, mediations, employee leave policies, and employee handbooks.
Serena has experience with federal and state laws, including claims arising from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL).
Serena also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in divorce and immigration matters.
