Kristin Simonet represents businesses in a variety of employment litigation and counseling matters. She handles employment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and a number of other federal, state, and local statutes. She also counsels clients regarding employment and separation agreements, labor disputes, terminations, discipline, hiring, and employment policies.
