Josh Sherman represents clients in investigations by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has experience defending individuals and corporations in government and criminal investigations involving allegations of fraud and other wrongdoing.
In addition, Josh serves on pro bono matters, including work on a federal habeas appeal.
