David Schindelheim represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions. He has experience advising financial sponsors and strategic clients in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other strategic transactions. David also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters. He has represented clients investing or operating in a broad range of industries, including specialty chemicals and performance materials, manufacturing, health care, and gaming.
Prior to joining Jones Day, David was an associate in the Cleveland office of a large Midwest law firm, where he was a member of that firm's business and finance practice.
David is a member of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance City Advocate Program and the Ambassadors Committee of The First Tee of Cleveland.
