Rob Sohm's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and product liability defense. He has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting motions and responses, and preparing expert and fact witness cross-examination. Rob is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Florida.
