Pim Stokman advises fund managers on legal and regulatory matters regarding fund formation, marketing, fund governance, documenting, and investor negotiations. Pim also frequently advises institutional investors in connection with their proposed investments in Dutch and international investment vehicles and private and public funds.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2019, Pim was senior legal counsel at Kempen, a Dutch investment bank, where he was involved in the contractual and regulatory aspects of fund and asset management and equity capital markets.
