Noella Silby's practice covers the range of labor and employment matters. She handles advisory work involving employment entitlements arising under contracts and statutes, employee conflict management, post-employment restraints, employment contract and policy drafting, managing workplace investigations, restructures and redundancies, and enterprise agreement interpretation and bargaining.

Noella represents clients in employment-related claims, including unfair dismissals, adverse action, and discrimination.
