Noella Silby's practice covers the range of labor and employment matters. She handles advisory work involving employment entitlements arising under contracts and statutes, employee conflict management, post-employment restraints, employment contract and policy drafting, managing workplace investigations, restructures and redundancies, and enterprise agreement interpretation and bargaining.
Noella represents clients in employment-related claims, including unfair dismissals, adverse action, and discrimination. She has appeared before the Fair Work Commission, the Equal Opportunity Commission, and the Australian Human Rights Commission and has been responsible for matters in the Federal Circuit Court and the Federal Court of Appeal.
