Mina Saffarian represents employers in complex labor and employment matters that arise under federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. Her litigation experience includes preparing legal pleadings and memoranda, drafting dispositive motions, and managing discovery.
In addition to her labor and employment litigation practice, Mina maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing multiple individuals seeking asylum in the United States and helping women obtain domestic violence restraining orders. She is also a member of Jones Day's Los Angeles Office diversity committee.
