Katie Stovsky's practice consists of a wide variety of transactions involving privately held companies, with a focus on representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Katie has experience in leveraged buyout transactions, corporate restructurings, equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other sale and purchase transactions, using a variety of deal structures in a wide range of industries. She also advises clients on general corporate matters.

The private equity funds with which Katie has worked include Blue Point Capital Partners, Cortec Group, Council Capital, High Road Capital Partners, LeBaronBrown Industries, Kirtland Capital Partners, The Riverside Company, Resilience Capital Partners, and Western Allegheny Capital.
