Kailey Silverstein represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters, including mass torts and multidistrict ligations. She has experience with many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, drafting motions and pleadings, performing fact investigations, and legal research.
Kailey maintains an active pro bono practice and is involved in representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.
