Jeremy Smith focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented clients in a variety of civil matters including lawsuits involving breach of contract, business torts, federal lending regulations, and civil rights. Jeremy has experience researching complex legal issues, formulating case strategy, preparing and responding to discovery, and drafting motions.
Before joining Jones Day in 2019, Jeremy was an assistant civil prosecuting attorney, a litigation associate at a large full-service law firm, and a judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
