Jarmonique Smith is a civil litigator with complex commercial and business litigation experience in state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and investigative work. Jarmonique also represents companies in internal investigations. Jarmonique's experience spans a broad range of industries, including the finance, health care, education, and technology sectors.
Jarmonique also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has participated in the Houston Office's Pathways to Law program as a volunteer in local schools where she teachers students about their First and Fourth Amendment rights while developing their advocacy and critical thinking skills through an oral argument curriculum; she has served as the lead lawyer for this program since 2019. Jarmonique also represents women and children seeking asylum in the United States.
