Jacquie Smith's practice focuses on M&A, private equity, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law. She has advised domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, initial public offerings (IPOs), corporate restructurings, foreign investment laws, and general corporate governance.
Jacquie has advised clients in many different industry sectors, including energy and resources, financial services, IT, and health care. She also regularly advises companies and directors on their corporate governance and compliance obligations under the Australian Corporations Act.
