David Sverdlov represents clients involved in complex commercial litigation, with a focus on financial products litigation and regulatory investigations. He has experience litigating contractual disputes and class actions involving securities violations. He also has represented clients in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcements actions brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
David devotes time to pro bono matters and is currently assisting a number of clients in obtaining U nonimmigrant status and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
