Benny Sham advises clients in all areas of general corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on M&A and equity capital markets transactions. For 10 years, he has advised Australian and offshore clients on IPOs and backdoor listings, capital raisings (including placements and rights issues for ASX-listed companies), public takeovers, and private acquisitions across a variety of industries, including in health sciences, hospitality, resources, automotive, and technology.

Benny also has a background in intellectual property and technology law and has advised clients on a range of front end IP/IT matters including trademark advice, licensing of intellectual property, commercial IT contracts, privacy issues, and franchising.

He is a member of the Queensland Law Society Technology and Intellectual Property Law Committee.
