Benjamin Sanchez's practice focuses on data privacy, cybersecurity, and commercial litigation. He advises clients on compliance with various U.S. consumer privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Federal Trade Commission Act (FTCA), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Benjamin also advises clients on privacy and cybersecurity diligence and data breach response issues.
Benjamin was an AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) member for three years prior to attending law school. During this time he worked on strengthening education awareness among youth and parents in the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles.
