Molly Russell's practice encompasses a wide range of complex commercial litigation and white collar matters. She has represented clients at all stages of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, including in disputes involving breach of contract, health care, privacy, intellectual property, and fraud across a variety of industries. She also has represented clients in government and internal investigations, including under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Her experience involves factual and legal investigation, motion practice, trial preparation and practice, deposing lay and expert witnesses, working with experts, and discovery management.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Molly was an associate at a California firm, where she worked on high-profile litigations, including representing a plaintiff in a patent infringement dispute involving 15 semiconductor patents, representing a leading video game publisher in a biometric privacy class action, counseling a major entertainment studio in a labor dispute, and representing an executive involved in an FCPA investigation.

Molly is dedicated to pro bono service and previously represented a children's rights nonprofit in an amicus matter, a prisoner in a civil rights action in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and a charitable studio in an intellectual property protection matter.
