Isabel Roney draws on her in-house banking experience to advise clients in corporate governance, transactional, regulatory, and enforcement matters. She also has experience advising on corporate finance transactions, clearing arrangements, private equity subscriptions, securities lending, derivatives reporting, and compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing rules.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Isabel served as an in-house legal counsel for an international French bank, where she was heavily involved in cross-border regulatory initiatives, domestic litigation, and regulatory investigations.
