Analiza Rodriguez represents employers in a variety of labor and employment matters. She has experience representing clients in administrative and litigation matters involving disputes brought under various federal and state laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Additionally, Analiza advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws and employment-related diligence connected to business transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Analiza was a corporate associate in the Houston office of a large international law firm, focusing on M&A and capital markets in the energy industry.

Analiza also maintains an active pro bono practice. She represents women and children seeking asylum in immigration court proceedings.
