Labeat Rrahmani advises clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition issues, from litigating complex multidistrict disputes, assessing antitrust risk in mergers and acquisitions, addressing federal and state level government investigations, and counseling clients on complying with reporting requirements. Labeat's experience covers several industries, including digital and platform markets, technology, generic pharmaceuticals, agriculture, financial institutions, and various other intellectual property matters.
Before joining Jones Day in 2021, Labeat was an antitrust, competition, and economic regulation associate at a major D.C.-based international law firm.
