Jessica Rodger practices commercial litigation and arbitration and has experience acting for large corporations and high net worth individuals on a variety of contentious matters, including shareholder disputes, corporate investigations, and complex contractual disputes.
Jessica's recent experience includes advising HRH Prince Abdullah Bin Mosa'ad in a multiweek English High Court trial on his successful claim to take full control of the English Premier League team Sheffield United Football Club following a hotly contested shareholder dispute. Jessica also recently advised on five separate but conjoined arbitrations governed by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) rules, arising from a contractual dispute over the terms of sale of a number of properties.
Jessica also has a particular focus on property litigation. She has advised on matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, tenant insolvency, lease interpretation, County Court possession proceedings, and opposed and unopposed lease renewal proceedings. Jessica's recent experience includes acting for the developer of the Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre, London, on obtaining vacant possession.
