Jeff Ramsey represents real estate developers and real estate private equity funds in real estate investment transactional work and operational matters. He has particular experience in real estate joint ventures of every variety, including development joint ventures, acquisition, programmatic, portfolio, and single-asset ventures across all asset categories.

Key past joint venture transactions include multiple engagements for Mill Creek Residential Trust, including development ventures for project sites throughout the United States, and representations for Whitman/Peterson Partners, Greystar Real Estate Partners, Trammell Crow Residential, Behringer Harvard Funds, and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. In addition, Jeff is lead counsel for a national developer's property management operations.

Jeff is a member of the The Real Estate Council, the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Bar Association. He is a volunteer for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
