Jane Ashley Ravry represents corporations through all stages of high-stakes civil and criminal litigation from trial to appeal.
Jane Ashley's practice involves a variety of matters, including breach of contract and multijurisdictional products liability cases. She has defended clients in consumer actions involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act in state and federal courts in multiple jurisdictions. Jane Ashley also has experience litigating whistleblower matters involving the False Claims Act and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Jane Ashley's experience extends to all stages of litigation, including drafting attacks at the pleadings, summary judgment, and expert phases, as well as participating in witness preparation and settlement.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Jane Ashley completed federal clerkships for Judge Sul Ozerden in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and for Judge Elizabeth L. Branch in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
