Estefani Rodriguez represents and advises employers in complex labor and employment matters.
Her litigation experience spans various phases of litigation, including factual investigation, offensive and defensive discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Estefani counsels employers on their policies and practices to help them navigate California's employment law, including employment handbooks, termination proceedings, wage and hour compliance, and joint employment risk mitigation.
Estefani also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking asylum and adjustment of immigration status. Committed to diversifying the legal profession, Estefani leads Jones Day's partnership with Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California.
