Célia Rochette advises on all aspects of French and international taxation. Her practice is particularly focused on the structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity matters and also includes tax litigation before the French tax authorities and tax courts.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Célia completed several internships at French and American law firms.
