Andrew Rutsky advises financial institutions and public and private companies on corporate finance transactions. His practice includes senior and subordinated credit facilities, private equity and debt offerings, and public disclosure obligations.
Andrew has represented clients such as TransDigm Group, Cleveland-Cliffs, FirstEnergy, Lamb Weston, Owens Corning, and Drive Capital.
Andrew is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
