Taylor Patterson focuses her practice on the representation of health care and life sciences companies in connection with transactional and regulatory matters. She has represented hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and other health care-related entities.
Taylor has counseled clients on regulatory and compliance issues, including licensure, remote supervision, direct-to-consumer telemedicine, and health information privacy and security compliance under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). She has also worked with clients in various health care transactions, including hospital and home health mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, she has advised on governance issues and assisted in preparing various agreements, including skilled nursing facility agreements and services agreements.
