Olivia Pedersen assists clients on a variety of intellectual property issues, specifically in the areas of trademark applications and enforcement, trade dress, and copyright in the United States and abroad.
Olivia has experience reviewing and maintaining commercial and not for profit trademark portfolios. She regularly provides advise on the availability of marks, the risk associated with third-party marks, and the chances of successful prosecution of third-party marks.
Olivia also has experience with intellectual property matters related to mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions and reviews the intellectual property portfolio of target companies to identify strengths and latent issues and provide advice and potential solutions.
