Mike Phillips assists clients in data security incident preparedness and incident response. He has experience coordinating notification reviews, advising clients on notification compliance, and working with forensic investigators to minimize litigation risks.
Mike also has experience advising on health regulatory issues in the digital health industry, the 340B drug pricing program, and fraud and abuse matters. In addition, he has provided deal support services to publicly and privately held companies and private equity funds, which positions him to assist clients across many types of industries.
Mike maintains an active pro bono practice. He has had the opportunity to work closely with members of Jones Day's Anti-Human Trafficking Committee to support organizations dedicated to ending human trafficking and supporting survivors.
