Michael Paslavsky practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation and other shareholder disputes, including merger litigation. Michael also has experience representing clients in federal and state court in litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Michael rejoined Jones Day in 2023 after serving as a term law clerk for United States District Court Judge Mary S. Scriven.
Before attending law school, Michael worked as a credit analyst in the middle market banking group at Wells Fargo where he partnered with senior bankers in the underwriting of direct debt commitments for a diverse group of companies, including in the sports and media space. He successfully completed the three levels of the Wells Fargo Credit Training program in 2016.
