Michael Paslavsky practices complex commercial litigation, with a focus on securities litigation and other shareholder disputes, including merger litigation. His current matters include a federal securities class action lawsuit against Celgene Corporation and merger and appraisal litigation involving the recent acquisition of AeroGrow International, Inc.
Before attending law school, Michael worked as a credit analyst in the middle market banking group at Wells Fargo where he partnered with senior bankers in the underwriting of direct debt commitments for a diverse group of companies, including in the sports and media space. He successfully completed the three levels of the Wells Fargo Credit Training program in 2016.
