Katie Bethke Parchman represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in formation and governance matters, M&A transactions, and other strategic transactions. She has experience in varying deal structures, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings. Katie is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Prior to law school, Katie played professional soccer for five years in the United States, Norway, Germany, and Sweden.
