Jordan Powers focuses her practice on the representation of clients in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. She has worked on matters involving commercial contract disputes, business torts, antitrust litigation, and products liability claims.

Jordan has experience in numerous aspects of the litigation process, including motions practice, depositions, expert development, offensive and defensive discovery, and legal research.

Jordan also devotes time to pro bono work. She recently participated in the representation of Charlottesville City Counselors in the Charlottesville monument case. Jordan is currently involved in an ongoing habeas corpus matter before the Northern District of Ohio.
