Geena Peh is a corporate lawyer focusing on energy and infrastructure projects. She has advised clients on various aspects of project work from inception to commissioning, including construction, project development, operations and maintenance arrangements, and regulatory and compliance matters. In addition, Geena regularly advises on a wide range of general corporate and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2022, Geena practiced at a top-tier Singapore law firm in its energy, infrastructure, and projects area.

  • UPL sells stake in Advanta Enterprises to KKRJones Day advised UPL Limited in its $300 million sale of a 13.33% stake in its subsidiary, Advanta Enterprises Limited, to KKR.
  • ABS sells technical inspection service line to ApaveJones Day is advising ABS Group of Companies, Inc. in the sale by one of its subsidiaries, ABSG Consulting, Inc., of its technical inspection service line to Apave Group, an international inspection group.
