Christine Prorok represents and counsels clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including contractual disputes and business torts. She has diverse litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, offensive and defensive discovery, and preparation of witnesses.
Christine maintains an active pro bono practice, representing immigrants in asylum proceedings, as well as plaintiffs in a class action that challenged an administrative rule governing child neglect investigations. She also recently assisted with drafting an amicus brief relating to criminal sentencing.
