Tapan Oza is experienced litigating complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in international arbitrations and government investigations. He works to identify key issues and facts and has substantial experience with dispositive motions, including from his time as a law clerk to a federal district court judge.
Tapan maintains an active interest in pro bono and has represented clients on habeas petitions and applications to seal old convictions, among other matters.
