Mike Ording practices in the real estate area, focusing on joint ventures, financings, acquisitions and dispositions, construction contracts, and workouts and distressed asset transactions. He has extensive experience in the multifamily housing sector, including numerous financings using tax-exempt bonds and tax credits. He also has represented clients in negotiating public/private partnerships and financing nontraditional real estate projects, such as sports arenas.

Mike's recent experience includes numerous transactions for long-standing client Trammell Crow Residential, aggregating more than $1.5 billion in the latest calendar year. These transactions include the acquisition of development rights and negotiation of financing for a nearly one million square foot residential and retail development to be built in cooperation with a metropolitan transit authority on surplus land at one of the authority's stations.
