Jackie Ostrogorsky's practice focuses on energy-related enforcement, administrative litigation, and regulatory matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). She has represented and counseled clients in FERC Office of Enforcement investigations, audits, and electric reliability inquiries. She also has experience advising energy industry participants on compliance with FERC and other regulations in connection with a range of transactional matters.
In addition, Jackie has experience in domestic and international transactions, primarily in the energy industry, including project development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic transactions, and commercial agreements.
Jackie maintains an active and diverse pro bono practice that includes providing advice to nonprofit organizations on governance and formation.
