Imokhai Okolo's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and product liability defense. He has experience in many aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including conducting legal research, drafting motions and responses, and preparing fact witness cross-examination. Imokhai is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of the Engle progeny smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company in Florida. Imokhai also represents clients in investigations by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC).
Imokhai maintains an active pro bono practice focusing his efforts on the Firm's Constitutional Policing and Civil Justice Reform Initiative. He is also a member of the Firm's Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement Committee.
