Thierry Nkiliyehe advises issuers and underwriters in debt and equity capital markets transactions. His experience includes stand-alone issues, debt securities under euro medium-term note (EMTN) programs, liabilities management, initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, block trades, and convertible and exchangeable bonds.
Prior to joining Jones Day in 2021, Thierry practiced in the capital markets department at an international law firm in Paris.
Since joining Jones Day, Thierry has acted as issuer's counsel in the IPOs of Forsee Power and Waga Energy on the regulated market of Euronext Paris as well as underwriters' counsel in the IPO of Spartoo on Euronext Growth Paris.
He is president of the African Business Lawyers' Club.
