Louise-Marie Nicolas practices public and administrative law, with a focus on public contracts (public-private partnerships [PPPs/P3s], public procurements, concessions) and regulatory issues (transportation, public health, privatization). She has worked on multiple projects in the transport and public real estate sectors and has handled negotiations related to public domain, urban planning, and environmental law matters.
Before joining Jones Day, Louise-Marie worked for two international law firms. She has experience advising sponsors, lenders, and public entities on all aspect of public business law and assists clients at all stages of their projects, including project structuration, bid conception, negotiation, and performance of contracts. She also represents clients before the French judicial and administrative courts.
