Katelyn Nicasio represents and advises employers in a variety of labor and employment matters, including class actions brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state employment laws. She also counsels employers on compliance with federal and state labor and employment laws.
Katelyn maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients seeking asylum through the Firm's Laredo Project.
While in law school, Katelyn served as a teaching assistant for the Graduate Legal Studies Program at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
