Julian Nunally represents employers in a wide range of labor management relations issues and employment litigation matters. His practice centers on labor relations involving collective bargaining, unfair labor practice cases, and union organizing. He also assists clients with labor and employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Additionally, Julian represents employers in federal and state courts and before federal and state agencies involving discrimination arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and wage and hour matters.
Julian serves on the board of directors of R.S. Eden, which is a nonprofit that focuses on substance abuse treatment, supportive housing, and reentry services.
