Evgenia Nosareva's practice primarily covers the areas of intellectual property, new technologies, e-commerce, and data protection.
As a part of her intellectual property practice, she assists clients in contentious and noncontentious matters, with a particular focus on issues related to trademarks, copyrights, geographical indications (especially in the wine sector), image rights, unfair competition, and misleading commercial practices. She also advises on the IP aspects of private placements and IPOs.
Evgenia also has extensive experience in the areas of data protection and e-commerce laws, assisting multinational companies on their global compliance projects.
Prior to joining the firm, Evgenia practiced at international law firms and within the legal departments of multinational companies, both in France and in Russia.
Evgenia is a member of APRAM (Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners).
