Chima Nwachukwu advises private companies and banking institutions on asset purchases, stock purchases, mergers, divestitures, and corporate governance matters. He has worked extensively on acquisitions for clients in the liquefied natural gas sector and in insurance-related services involving employee benefits, retirement benefits, and risk management.
Prior to being in private practice, Chima worked for a year at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
